Here is an outline of my ideas for preserving E.T. Wickham’s artwork:

I. Law Enforcement
            A  Post warning signs
            B  Investigate web camera surveillance 
            C  Patrol some weekend nights 

II. Park  
      A. Acquire land
            B. Cleanup site
            C. Cleanup statues
            D. Add interpretive signs
            E. Add picnic table
            F. Promote site as tourist attraction

III. Scale Model
       A. Create historical scale model
      B. Create virtual tour website 
            C. Promote tourism with use of website and scale model
